Regulatory Filings
BayREN is funded by California utility ratepayers under the auspices of the California Public Utilities Commission (CPUC), as well as other sources, and draws on the expertise, knowledge, and proven track record of Bay Area local governments.
As a Program Administrator of ratepayer funding, BayREN's administrative team routinely submits various regulatory reports, including an annual impact report, budget and cost-effectiveness filings, and long-term business plans that outline how we will continue to fill an important gap in the provision of energy efficiency services.
